The gulchsheimers had it in their own hands to become champions, but fluffed twice too often (against willanzheim and aub) and ultimately finished runners-up. But coach tobias schmidt had no complaints about the missed opportunity: "we are looking forward to the relegation and are in very good shape."

Confidence is correspondingly high on the TSV side. The team has proven in recent weeks that it belongs in the district league, says TSV head of department johannes bemmann. In addition they showed heart, will and passion. Exactly the virtues that will now also be important in the relegation phase. The winner has to play again: against the winner of the encounter between oberpleichfeld/dipbach and giebelstadt.
